Refund policy

For any damaged product(s), simply return them within the unopened packaging along with either the original order number or email confirmation within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange it or offer a full refund (postage included) based on the original payment method.

We will pay for the shipment of the replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
